The Universal Helicopters Autorotation Refresher Course is unique to our school. We recognized over a decade ago that many pilots who were visiting us for flight reviews required an hour or two of emergency procedures training to get their maneuvers back within the FAAs Practical Test Standards listed for their pilot certificate. Understandably so, as most pilots working in the field aren’t permitted to practice emergency procedures using company aircraft.

With 250,000+ hours of instruction given in the last five years and close to 1 million hours of training conducted since inception, our team of highly-experienced training professionals are uniquely qualified to provide extraordinary flight and ground training where emergency procedures are concerned.

Our comprehensive Autorotation Refresher course offers advanced flight and ground training on straight-in, 180, and full-down autorotations to certified pilots wishing to enhance their capabilities landing the aircraft in an emergency. The course can be tailored to suit the specific operating considerations of our customer, and include other emergency procedures.

Our Part 61 course serves as refresher training and is only offered to certified pilots. A flight review can be included at the customer’s request.

Students may choose a Robinson R22, R44, R66, or Bell 206B3 for this type of training. Your personal aircraft can also be utilized.
