As a Bell Authorized Reseller, Robinson Authorized Dealer/Service Center, and flight training facility, we are uniquely positioned to offer extraordinary sales support, delivery/acceptance services, flight training, and customer service to our customers. Our sales team members are all high-time pilots and owner/operators that work hand-in-hand with the Bell and Robinson sales teams to provide seamless ordering and delivery for an unparalleled experience. We also offer insurance options to cover your aircraft through delivery and training until you’ve met the pilot certification and other requirements of your insurance provider.
When you purchase an aircraft from Universal, one of our high-time Bell/Robinson Certified Instructors and Delivery Specialists will accompany you to the aircraft manufacturing facility to offer exclusive delivery/acceptance services. Our instructor will fly with you from the factory delivery center, offering dual flight instruction as you gain familiarity with your new aircraft for your entire trip home.
Forward of your delivery, we offer a range of training courses from Zero-Time through CFII, and other Advanced Training Courses. We have training facilities in Arizona, Utah, and Texas, or will conduct training at your location! We provide you with 24/7 over-the-phone support with our pilots and maintenance technicians, and will fly out to you for on-site support if necessary.
We may have options for early delivery based on Universal’s pre-ordered allocations, cutting the wait time in half for most aircraft.
We are also a part 145 repair station, with top-of-the-line A&P/IA maintenance technicians on-site and on staff, offering full support of your aircraft.
For Sales, please contact our CEO, Dr. Gordon Jiroux, h.c. or our our Provo Operations Director, Matt Hewlett directly:
